FAQs

Our standard service includes up to three attempts at one specified address included in the base fee. If additional addresses need to be served, we charge a separate fee for each one. If service is not achieved after three attempts, we can discuss additional options such as tracing the individual.

Charges will be applied once you have agreed to our fees, at which point we will issue an invoice. Payment of this invoice will prompt us to deploy our agent to begin your assignment. For solicitors who use our services regularly, we offer the convenience of bi-weekly invoicing after service completion.

Yes, we can collect documents from your office, though please note that this service incurs an additional callout fee.

Our base fee covers up to three visits to a single address. Serving documents at additional addresses will incur extra fees. If we are unable to serve the papers after three attempts, we can discuss further options such as locating the individual.

Divorce papers typically require personal service. If the respondent avoids service, a judge may approve an alternative method. For example, after confirming the respondent’s presence at their residence, a process server might deliver the papers via Royal Mail or by placing them through the letterbox. If there is no response, the server may proceed to serve the papers at the appointed time. If the respondent is absent, a detailed statement of all attempts will be submitted to the court to consider an alternative method of service.

Absolutely. Service can be attempted at any location you provide, including a workplace. If initial attempts at a known past address are unsuccessful, we can perform additional searches to locate their current address.

Our process servers will attempt service at times most likely to successfully contact the respondent, including out-of-hours if necessary, to maximize the chance of serving the documents.

Though based in London, our services extend across the entire United Kingdom, ensuring comprehensive coverage wherever you may require our assistance.
